The 1st of January!
My very first meal of the new year that lasted me till late night was just a piece of egg prata.
Stayed home with my cheena piang baby girl during the first half of the day. This was what she insisted on wearing today..
In the evening, I went out to meet S Sunshine & C Auntie for a heart-to-heart talk from Starbucks to my block downstairs. I love talking to them.
Managed to pass Christmas gifts to Jian Yao, Kelly & Kedric as they to find S. Also have S & C as well. I love giving people gifts cos I love to wrap gifts myself.
The 2nd of January!
Impromptu decision to have breakfast with JW Bestie at KFC. I am always happy whenever I et to eat my favorite A.M. porridge and harsh brown.
Even more impromtuly, I decides to accompany JW to town to pay her SIM exam fees. But I went to her home first to slack and charge phone for some time. Decided to bun up my hair and JW took my OOTD shots for me.
After paying her school fees, I was too lazy bus. Walked a very long distance and finally saw Forum, continued walking to Ngee Ann City. I felt like I walked one round behind Orchard.
I remembered I had Seoul Garden lunch buffet vouchers and it is so rare that I would be out in the afternoon. So Bestie & I had our free lunch at one of my favorite dining place, Seoul Garden.
We did some shopping before and after lunch. The first thing I bought this year is a checkered top from Uniqlo for someone's birthday. I am still thinking of others before me like always. Bestie bought me a necklace from Forever 21. I bought myself 2 pairs of ear-rings from Bead Street in Cineleisure, a black cloth skirt from Forever 21 & hand accessories from H & M.
I accompanied Bestie to walk to Dhoby Ghaut station bout 7.30pm. She headed home and I went to meet Cheng for dinner. We decided to try this new place, Hifumi Japanese Restaurant, at the new part of Plaza Singapura.
There was free flow of appetizers but I only loved the chawamushi. I ate sukiyaki, it more or less taste the same as those I've tried before except the beef came cooked already. Price was reasonable though, would be back again if there is a chance.
After dinner, I wanted starbucks. But we came cross this place, Dr Cafe Coffee, with big comfortable sofas to sit so I decided to try their drink. Ordered Mocha Frappe and I only drank barely 3 mouths full and I felt like puking because the milk taste was too strong. Starbucks is still the best.
We exchanged Christmas gift tonight as well. I love the gift from him, unexpected that anyone would buy me a bag for Christmas. One of the best Christmas gift I've received this year or even all these years. Thank you Cheng, I appreciate it alot. Hope you liked your simple gifts from me too. Hehe.
To end off this post..
I want to be a different me in year 2013. A new me, A new life.
